Please contact us to change your email address. We can change your email address and other info, but we are not able to change your order.

NatureBayShop offers three different flat rate shipping options for you to choose from:

  • Standard Shipping (Usually 3 to 7 days)
  • Expedited Shipping (two days)
  • Priority Shipping (Next Day)

Once you receive the shipping confirmation, your package will be delivered within 3-5 business days. We are constantly working hard to have your order delivered as soon as possible.

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You’ll be requested to select a delivery carrier during the checkout process.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The following information is needed to process your request:
  • Your order number (order number should begin with “XXX”)
  • The name and email address used to place the order
  • Reasons for return
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received any product that is with incorrect info, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, take photographs or videos of the item(s), and all related evidence upon receiving your package. We will try our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return request. We will give you an email for confirmation once your return has been processed.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-14 business days upon receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven’t received a credit for your returns: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account
Right now,we accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) ,PayPal and Payoneer payments. We will have more payment options available in the future.
When you order by credit or debit card, all of your information is entered on a SSL secured web page. Your information is SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our card provider/PayPal/Payoneer’s network, where your transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit or debit card,/PayPal/Payoneer information is not stored on our servers.
You’ll need to pay customs duty (or import tax) on any goods you move across the US border from other countries, though goods from some countries are exempt due to different international trade agreements. The United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) enforces customs rules.
Your order details may have not been captured with us. The amount will be refunded to your account in the next 7-10 days.
Submitting payment multiple times due to address or age mismatch can create a hold on your funds, authorized through your card issuer. We do not have any authorization to release or hold funds on your account, this is something that can only be addressed with your card issuer (bank or credit,PayPay,Payoneer ). We do not have control of funds being held or released. Holds are normally released within 5-7 business days.
In most cases, payment failure may be related to fraud protection protocols, and you may be required to complete additional steps for age and/or address verification (AVS mismatch) in order to complete your order.
Credit/Debit cards are declined automatically in our system due to billing addresses not matching or incorrect account information. Pre-Authorized Holds will be back to your account in 5-7 Business days. Our processors release declined/failed transactions immediately.
If your order status is delivered but you didn’t receive a package,you can check your order status and file for a refund request
It is common for a shipping carrier to mark the order as delivered 2-3 days before it is delivered by the carrier. You may also want to check with a roommate or neighbor to see if they accepted the package on your behalf.
For security and privacy reasons, we ensure successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
If you still have not received your order, we will assist you in filing a missing package investigation with the courier on your behalf. A missing package investigation can take anywhere between 7-10 business days and you may be required to sign and return a statement, among other requirements.
Find the order you want to change by clicking on My Orders, then ‘Edit’. You can add products by checking on our user panel as usual or removing products.
If you’ve already placed items into your cart, when you click ‘Edit’ you’ll be asked if you want to add those items to the existing order or leave them in the cart for a new order.
An email and an SMS with the tracking number will be sent once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse or 3rd party dropshippers. You can also track your order from your account on the website by clicking “Track your Order” in the bottom menu
If you are an existing user you can simply log in to your account and track your current and past order details. However, if you haven’t created an account and have signed in as a guest user – we suggest you to create an account with the same guest user email.

All orders are processed and shipped out from our local warehouse or by 3rd party suppliers. Please allow some time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends. Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Some products may have several options to choose,for example,color,size,etc. The options can be different from product to product. For example, one product can use size, color, and style, and another product can use weight, finish, and material. You may need to check these products with variants carefully and select the proper variant for that product.
