Return and Refund Policy

At NatureBayShop, we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the product they’ve purchased from us. If you are having any shipping , product,or refund issues, please feel free to contact us with an email and our members will assist you.
Returns policy
Make sure to contact us within 30 days after your package has been delivered (according to the tracking information provided).
You are eligible to claim for exchange in case the seal of the product is damaged or missing, or the product is expired/about to expire in a month by sending us an unboxing video of the product you have received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was in when you received it.It must also be in the original packaging. If your item arrives sealed with plastic wrap or a sticker seal that is removed/broken then your item is automatically not eligible for a return. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to your item if it is not returned in its original condition. If you receive a product that is damaged and/or defective and occurs within the 30 days of delivery we will reship you a replacement at no cost to you. No refunds will be issued for defective items only a replacement will be shipped. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, hygienic or flammable liquids or gases.
Return Shipping
If we can not identify your return because there is no order confirmation we will not be able to process your return and no refund will be issued. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The following information is needed to process your request:
– Your order number (order number should begin with “XXX”)
– The name and email address used to place the order
– Reasons for return
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Here are the circumstances in which refunds will be granted:
– If the product you’ve purchased is completely non-functional.
– If you did not receive your product within 30 business days after the date that your order has been placed.
Please Note:
– Refund will go back to your account in 3-5 business days.
You cannot ask for a refund if:
– Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home for the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested)
